With the semester coming to a close, stress and anxiety are at an all time high for most college students. Several final exams, papers and projects all need to be done, and students are scrambling. However, the Christmas season is among us! It is in this time of great stress and pressure that you need to take a step back and breathe. Think of all the things that you are thankful for… It just may be a good “pick me up” and help you power through the final days of the semester! Here are a few things that I am thankful for:
